This is chris of coffin flag..... I play guitar for the group romie sings and plays bass and Steve Asher is our drummer producer and recording engineer...
Who would you say are your influences?
We get our influences from metal... Sabbath, Motorhead, Slayer, etc...
What is the punk scene like in Kentucky?
The punk and metal scene in KY isn't like it used to be it used to be huge but has since fuckered out... Sucks too there were some good bands out there and there still are ...
Describe the song writing process...
We keep it simple and groovy like the earlier shit of the late 70s early 80s nwobhm type stuff...
What have you released?
We have a song called instigator baby on reverbnation.com... Other than that we don't have anything released yet...
Have you toured?
We haven't done any touring or shows yet but that is a goal of ours... eventually...
What do you see is the future of Coffin Flag?
we really are focusing on recording and writing right now... But check back laterz and we may be kickin some more ass...
